"Linguistics. Tower of Babel "- it visually – an associative project on sign language, symbols and experiences.
Creative tandem Pesetskii Svetlana and Victoria Barvenko takes as its basis the legendary biblical legend of the Tower of Babel, which was interrupted by God, who has created a new language for different people, and they no longer understand each other, could not continue the construction of the city and the tower and scattered throughout ground.
However, the project "Lingvistics.Vavilonskaya Tower" artist wants to show that despite differences in language, area of residence and other features (for which we once shared some force), there is a world language that is understandable to all, regardless of nationality or place of residence – is the language of art.
The exhibition will feature paintings, assemblage, collage, kinetic objects (objects with movable parts, such as hands of a clock) – about 30 works.

About the Authors:
The creative duo SvetlanaPesetsky native Rostovite and native Taganrog Barvenko Victoria was formed in 2009. Their combined interest in art – movement Fluxus («Fluxus") – art direction, seeking to expand the boundaries of art and to reduce the distance between the viewer and the artist.
Mixing styles and willingness to create art objects of all that is at hand – these are the main principles of the movement Fluxus. And humor, irony and fun game with the audience.
Svetlana and Victoria game begins with the name: Fluxrus – group – a pun that plays on the name of Fluxus: syllable «rus» unambiguously indicates that "Belka and Strelka" – the only Russian team, which this art movement is involved.
A "Belka and Strelka" duo called in honor of the four-legged heroes who opened the way mankind into space: his first performance in the girls spent the day flying dogs 50 years old.
